FLAT! is an episodic television-based programme presented
live on stage. We hope that our objet d'art is as glorious and
sinister as the medium of television itself.
It was especially created for: deviants, drop-outs, outcasts,
misfits, rejects, goof-offs, burn-outs, nerds, geeks, dorks, braincases,
benchwarmers, wallflowers, fanatics, fat kids, faux-radicals,
punks, suicides, bored babysitters, mods, rockers, MexiGoths,
secretly intellectual heavy-metal dudes, sissies, poets, foreign
exchange students ...and you!
The Programme is presented in twelve episodes, back-to-back,
each approximately five minutes long - with loads of spills, chills,
thrills and frills. There are guest stars, special effects, and
a theme-song that is somewhat funny, a little creepy, at moments
tender and melancholy, but always balls-to-the-wall rock-n-roll
and so catchy that your friends and co-workers will want to kill
you for repeatedly singing it all the next day long.
Though the show is a Comedy/Thriller, themes are open to interpretation
and may include but are not limited to any of the following: existential
philosophy, social commentary, subliminal slogans, misanthropic
sentiment, sublime beauty, and/or zealous anti-themes.
Our talented team of contributing writers worked individually,
taking absolute freedom to let their stories wander wherever they
must to thoroughly exploit a vision - be it feudal Japan or the
inside of a monkey's butt. Through special production techniques
reverse engineered from BBC technology, we are producing, before
a live audience, everything that their imaginations have spit
up.
